THE WINE
The grapes, generous and warmed by the sun, give us several wines that are distinguished:
• Rossi, among these is the master Nero d'Avola, considered the prince of Sicilian wines, but there are also wines from Cabernet and Merlot grapes.
• White, from grapes Catarratto, Inzolia, Grillo, Chardonnay and Sauvignon scents: fragrant, fruity, dry taste and pleasant. Among those used Bianco d'Alcamo, Terre di Bruca, Firriato, Fazio and many others.
